One of our main goals is to stay on time for all appointments. You can help us by being on time for your appointment. If you would like to reschedule for any reason, please give us as much advance notice as possible.
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you cannot keep your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours advance notice. A fee may be charged for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the appointment.
Fees and Payment The South African Dental Association has recommended certain rates for dentistry carried out to a high standard. Our fees are based upon these rates and they reflect the standard of dentistry we provide our patients with, in line with first world dentistry. Medical Aid We do not deal with medical aids. Patients are dealt with on a private-paying basis. Our fees are not based upon “Medical Aid Rates” but upon consultation, a full treatment plan and quotation can be provided for you, which may then be submitted to your medical scheme to determine your benefits. Patients must consult their medical schemes to determine the extent of coverage for treatments but the settlement of the account is still the sole responsibility of the patient.
Payment Options We offer several payment options for your convenience:
Bank guaranteed cheque for certain treatments.
Fees are payable at the time of treatment. Certain fees may be required to be paid upfront. These include dental technician costs which may constitute part of an overall quote for a particular procedure. A deposit equaling these fees will be required. This deposit must be made prior to the commencement of treatment. Statements will be provided for you to submit to your medical scheme for reimbursement.
Any unpaid accounts are handed over for debt collection and will be liable for all legal fees and interest incurred thereof.
